Error 1 It is an error to use a section registered as allowDefinition='MachineToApplication' beyond application level.  This error can be caused by a virtual directory not being configured as an application in IIS.  C:\Users\avinash\Documents\Visual Studio 2010\Projects\VideoUploaderControl\UploadGallery\web.config 29

Actually I got this error message, already created the database and connect to ASP I do this all operation in Windows 7 OS.
This is the example which I got from your site Video uploader control.

Send me all the details step by step, for this I will always be great full to you.

Solution 1

You need to do what it says in the error message. Go to the IIS management console, find the virtual directory and configure it as an application from the context menu you get from the virtual directory in the tree view on the left.
