How can i restrict user to upload and forbid him to see illegal videos or adult videos.

I don't want to see bro i want to restrict a person to see and upload video to my site friend, that he could not upload or see illegal videos.

You cannot

Think of it how will you determine if a video uploaded by a user is an adult film? You would have to analyse each frame and be able to determine if a frame contains adault imagery.

When it comes to illegal then it's actually theoretically possible. But in practise you would need a database of all copyrighted material, and check each frame of the uploaded video against the database. That database would cost an insane amount of money, so much that I wont even hazard a guess.

Oh wait, actually you can do this and it's quite simple, review all uploaded vidoes yourself and take action.

Easiest solution for OP would be probably to not show uploaded videos immediately, but to have somebody have an approving look at the videos before making them public. But anyway, giving OP's history, saying "I want code" in most of his questions and showing no effort, I think you are wasting your time on this one.

i was having no idea friends how to do so, i was asking for help any way its ok,. i try hard Jones with the code but didn't find more helpful it does't mean its wasting, m a beginner that's i need a little help if u r not willing then fine enough.
