How to make my .net application work and pass some data to another application

Dear All,

I need help here please. I work for a small company and we developed a web based .net application which has grown enormously for the last 5 years. My client is a clinical hospital and uses our application to process everything.

They use a saperate company dictating software which the clinician records their treatment and the recorded files are typed and comes back to the client.

Now my client wants some IDs to go with the patient name and to come back with the word documents which were typed.

The dictating company gave a API of their application to us but I dont know how the API works could anyone give any article links how to make this work?

Solution 1

I would say that your only chance (given the absence of information in your question) is to talk to the dictation company, and see what tutorials etc. they offer.

Without knowing even what API you are talking about, the chances of a helpful answer are pretty much nil.
