You Seems to be very beginner. For Beginner, the best thing is start with Book. Try to read some book on "ASP.NET Beginning" , Do lots of study and try to implement.

just follow the steps:

1)open the visual studio 2005\2008\2010.
2)go file->new website
3)give website name, select location and language
4)click ok.
here you are created webpage application.
5)now you write simple code and run the application you can get asp.net web application.
