You need to be a lot more specific than that with your question. With what you provided us, one appropriate answer would be: You hire someone to make a system and manages crews... It's not very helpful because of its incompleteness.

i m talking about airline crew management system. wht i learned from searching is tht it has crew's complete info, records, specialities. it can assign work to the most suitable employee and also manage crew payroll. but obviously i should know more about it to build a whole software

You have been here long enough to know that we do not do your homework: it is set for a reason. It is there so that you think about what you have been told, and try to understand it. It is also there so that your tutor can identify areas where you are weak, and focus more attention on remedial action.

no i didnt mean tht. yeh i have been here enough to know tht. thts not my home work. i have to think something to make as my advance software engineering project. teacher wont help me in wht i selected or i can say every student should select something tht she knew. then teacher will give different tasks to do on the software eg uml diagrams, sequence model testing etc etc.
i heard airline crew management system somewhere. i searched n knew wht i told Marcus Kramer but thts not enough to make a real software thts why i asked here so tht someone will increase in wht i know

That's strange, because a quick google for "airline crew management system" gave me 15,000,000 hits, all of teh first page of which looked very relevant...I didn't look any further.

I would also add that requirements analysis is equally as important a skill for a developer as coding ability, therefore even though you don't appear to be asking for code here you are still 'gimping' yourself by trying to get someone else to figure this out for you. If your tutor is acting as your client in this assignment i suggest you sit down with them and define their requirements
