Creating multi point video conferencing

I want to create a mult-point video conferencing project. I have done the peer to peer video conferencing using RTP protocol and using H263 codec.

I am having difficulty making my project multi-point.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Of course. How can it be not OK if the useful part of the body is enlarged by 4 inches, extra fat is completely burned and abdominal muscles are kept healthy and attractively tight for just 10 minutes of exercise a day?
