Any suggestions for improvement or content?

Hi Guys, I have created a simple website using a mixture of the above languages. If anyone would be so kind could you have a quick look for me and give me any suggestions for better layout or makeing it more attractive. I am not a good designer, I am more of a coder! There are on eor two pages with generic pictures at the top please ignore them they are in the process of being changed.

Any opinions or criticsms would be much appreciated. The address is:

Look nice, what about a menu? For example in Superfoods: vegetables, fruits.
And then maybe your links of How it works, BMI, BMI Prime and BMR open the page in the same window. The colors are good.

Good shout will add that, I did consider it to start with but wasn't sure if it left the pages to bare. I will try pad it out a bit! The Links was an oversight I must admit thought they opened it same page will fix that!

With respect since you have helped me before where else would you suggest putting this? Also would you prefer me to just wack up my source code instead and let everyone have a good look, I appreciate as Mark has noted this may be the wrong place to ask for it but spam deffinetly not

I would eliminate the request to click on the ads (that's what makes it spam, in my view). We do have a collaboration forum i think.

I put it in the forum - lost 100 rep points in 30 seconds because someone thought it was spam and down voted me 4 times on my comments wooo!
