How to get the environment variables from Remote machine

Take the environment variables from a remote machine and compare the environment variables of current machine. Remote machine will be taken as base and after comparing, the additional variables will be added to the current machine

no need the cooperation of a program.I want just environment variable from a remote machine.

What I meant was: "you probably cannot get them without a program cooperating on the remote machine"
