unable to start Dubugging on the web server

HI this is lakshman, i have an web app in IIS. when i am trying to debug it shows the error like this "unable to start Dubugging on the web server. The server committed a protocol violation.Section=ResponseStatuslLine." One thing here is debug is work for me in sometimes but in some times its shows the error like this. I am using Visual studio 2008 with service pack 1. please help me to solve this error.
