I want to download WordNet 3.0 FOR WINDOWS but couldn't find a link pls give me link to download it the following API required wordNet 3.0 can I work with version 2.1 ???

To download 2.1 : http://wordnet.princeton.edu/wordnet/download/.
You already have a link to sourcefiles, just try them, it IS C# source for windows.

From the official site :

The most recent Windows version of WordNet is 2.1, released in March 2005. Version 3.0 for Unix/Linux/Solaris/etc. was released in December, 2006.
