Is there anyone can help me how to connect with a Card reader for PROMAG PCR310 brand using vb .net..

Highly appreciated for anyone who cares...

According to the manafacturers site, the device has a serial port on it, that will be a good place to start :)

You will have to read it's documentation to learn more about how to use it. After looking around the internet I found out that the documentation and drivers come wth it when it is delivered :)
