What is the meaning of "does not works". What is happening and what was expected? Do any relevant error message is displayed. If some, provide the text.

my 5 - OP does not need a 'Hello World' example...he needs a 'Goodbye Virus' example. :)

Yes, we can. You could do it yourself visiting Wikipedia for "Antivirus software". ClamWin - Free Windows antivirus software, licensed under GPL with open source code.
