Ask your question & get solution.

We do not have resources to help individual members on regular basis.

You may want to ask more specific questions here. Before you do it:

Please go to the page where you ask your question again (http://www.codeproject.com/Questions/ask.aspx[^]) and read the rules of submission of questions.

Just an advice: stop complain about not having a teacher. Many leading developers are totally self-made, none of them complained. And remove your e-mail as soon as possible unless you like receiving spam! The answers come on-line via this site. You will receive e-mail notifications.

Good luck,
—SA

Sounds like you are likely to work on industrial IT at some time. When you feel that you are ready for it, take a look at http://www1.cse.wustl.edu/~schmidt/ACE.html and http://www.boost.org/
Might not be good places to start with - but it's a good idea to get to know these projects somewhere along the road :)

Don't be afraid. If you're getting most fundamental engineering skill, you know what is it: ability to teach yourself and learn from literature and other sources. Only don't fall into a common engineering mistake: learning only "just to solve the problem". Try to get fundamental knowledge, which is much easier now than when I started, without Internet at all.

Best wishes!

Have any email address for me?or do you use MSN,facebook and so on?To be honesy,I just have a QQ number, which may be strange to you but very popular in China. I really want to have a native Englishspeaking friend.not too soon,I will have an exam, band 4 for college students, which in my view is not so difficult for me.Passing does not mean you have conquered English.Exams always make us sick, but we have to face them. But also it's a chance for me to master a language, like language C/c++.so I need your help.I attempted to show my appreciation via using chinese characters, but there is a limit of input.so just a phonetic transcription instead, 'xie xie ni men'
thatraja 10-Jul-11 8:21am
Actually I don't know C/C++. I'm a C#/ASP.NET developer. But you don't need to worry, this site has many thousands of best developers so you can ask any help here. BTW Find my name in facebook.
To help you get started - take a look at:Thinking in C++ 2nd Edition by Bruce Eckel[^]

There is also a wide range of other material available through this site:
Free C++ Books[^]

As for learning english - you may appriciate a bit of fun while doing so:
The Nightlife Of The Gods[^]
The Glorious Pool[^]

Programming and development is a often a complicated topic on it's own - a bit of light reading may, well, lighten things up a bit :)

Best regards
Espen Harlinn

thatraja 10-Jul-11 14:04pm
No, I'm asking generally about your favorites list, I like all genres so give me(Take your time...No rush).
jonrily 10-Jul-11 22:48pm
Reading novels to develop my English?I am afraid I do not think so!My goal is to speak good English, not to be able to read English stories.Maybe my point is not so ture, but I must face the fact that I don't like reading, even Chinese articles or novels.I don't want to own dumb English which means you cannot speak a word.
Another problem is ,I don't have facebook. But ,maybe I should get one someday.
Espen Harlinn 11-Jul-11 12:40pm
Oddly enough, I learned most of my english reading novels... it was a pleasant way of learning - obviously it's not for everybody :)
