You cannot 'download' the MSDN library, but perhaps that is not exactly the product that you want. You can access the online MSDN library at the link that Mark provided, or you can buy a subscription to MSDN from Microsoft where you get everything shipped to you in a load of box set DVDs.

They no longer ship the MSDN library as they have in the past. Its all online now.

I was thinking of MSDN subscriptions; not quite the same thing I guess.
