How to add a forum to my website

Hey friends I'm building a web site for my final year project these days... So there I have to add a Forum to my web site and as a fresher I do not have any idea how to do that but I saw something called "Nearforum" & "Yetanotherforum" in Microsoft web but i couldn't understand how to do that....if anybody has any idea to do that plz help me...
