My ajaxcontroltoolkit doesn't havecolorpickerextender

Hi all,
I have registered the ajaxcontroltoolkit in my aspx page. when i'm trying to use that i can't find colorpickerextender associated with it.
Any solution...?

Actuallly i can find other ajax controls when i type my tagprefix....!
only that color pickerextender is missing..!

I downloaded earlier and i got a folder that contains AjaxControltoolkit.dll and my question now is how to include that dll into my project...!

so simple just give reference to ur project on right click on reference . and then register it in your source(html).

FYI, when i try to run the website i got the following error...!

Could not load file or assembly 'AjaxControlToolkit' or one of its dependencies. This assembly is built by a runtime newer than the currently loaded runtime and cannot be loaded.
