How to return values from dialog form

Hi
I building windows an application that will pop-up the user when there is file received, so I need to return the saved file path to the main form in order to start writing into the file.

I will be grateful if you advice me with the right way to do so.

Thanks for the answer, I need to alert the user that he has file received and if he pressed ok then I ask him to chose the file path for that received file..
