You need to provide more information. Where is this information coming from and what is it supposed to mean?

Sorta looks like hooks for a doc generator, something like Doxygen https://www.doxygen.nl/index.html
Perhaps generated automatically by your IDE?

Do you know grep? Ok, not an Editor, but a nice tool to find this and that in linux.

I do not need grep to find these symbols...

I agree it may be something as Doxygen
and if I know that I will be able to find what is their function.

There is no way to find the editor since these symbols are not specific to an editor.

You need to provide some context.
