i'm a newer in vc++ , i want to create a new project and add source code in c++ to it, please how can i do it?

Did you Google for? A quick search gave me Creating a New Visual C++ 6.0 Project[^].
Please note: on the final dialog box you may choose "A Hello World!" application (instead of "Empty Project") in order to make Visual Studio generating some code for you.

I am very grateful to you for fasting the reply , but i have a complete code in c++ and i don't how can i compiler it with vc++

If you have just a bunch of headers and source files then you may add them to the project created that way.
