I found a portable version. It will be ready in 4-5 hours. My internet is very slow. I hope it works on Win7.

Solution 1

Did you Google for? A quick search gave me Creating a New Visual C++ 6.0 Project[^].
Please note: on the final dialog box you may choose "A Hello World!" application (instead of "Empty Project") in order to make Visual Studio generating some code for you.

If you have just a bunch of headers and source files then you may add them to the project created that way.
