karaoke mp3 and cdg player

hi, just started looking into this code of karaoke player, got a problem
with the text render if the cdgwindow looses focus,ie if you open the
browse dialog box the text stops and if you hold the mouse down on another windows
control bar(the blue bit)the text stops im new to vb.net,not sure what im looking for
ive tried refresh and focus doevents etc etc cant get this one , can you help

this is first time on this site i thought i was sending to the author, however
the platform is vb.net the program is a karaoke player. the code is on this site
this is a link to it http://www.codeproject.com/KB/audio-video/karaokedotnet.aspx
it plays zipped karaoke files

Why do you think you're sending anything to the author? Go to MP3 + CDG Karaoke Player[^], to the end of the page, hit "New message" and ask your questions. The author Ron Schuler will be notified and give a change to answer you.
