Save image into XML file

Hello everybody...

I want to know what code, or class do i need to save an image from a pictureBox into an XML file
And them load the image from the XML file to the pictureBox... I have been reading some
Tutorials and i understand that i got to serialize and deserialize the image... How to i do any
Any of this thing??? Can give me an effective tutorial?? Thanks a lot
