Update a catalog with Google sheet

for a project I need to be able to update a catalog of a web page through spreadsheets (google sheet), I would like to know where to start or where to find information about it, really what I am looking for is to make a purchase form, thanks

I have a sketch where people click and fill in a block of text but I think that is not the way I should go, I want to learn in a self-taught way, any contribution is good, thanks, i'm doing it with html
