Hi,

I am a student of Mobile Augmented reality using Windows Mobile 6. I want to get live stream from webcam using directShow. But I am new to mobile programming. I found some books and examples but they are PC based.

I don't know how to write C++ coding for Windows Mobile. Can I get a book / any material for directShow so that I become able to write the project.

I spent several months but failed, so please guide me or send me ([email removed]) some source code.

I apologize, if I bother you with this email, but I couldn’t find useful information anywhere on the net.

Thanks
rehman

Hi, good luck with your venture into Windows Mobile programming. I have removed your email address as you will get lots of spam if it is left there. This forum is designed so that answers will be placed here and an email will be sent to you letting you know about them. Regards :) Ali

MSDN and google are your best friend for windows mobile programming. you should find that using direct show or doing almost anything in windows mobile is very very similar to writting the same code for a desktop windows OS.

This should help get you started [^]
