When I am trying to run the application I am getting this error ? no idea how to fix it

Find a sample that works; then figure out why it works and yours doesn't.

Look closely at the error messages, they are telling you what is wrong.

The most likely cause is that the NTFS permissions on the folder where your application is stored do not grant at least "read" access to the IIS_IUSRS group.

Right-click on the folder in Windows Explorer and select "Properties". Go to the "Security" tab and click "Edit". If IIS_IUSRS is not in the list, click "Add" and add it. Make sure it has at least "read and execute" ticked.
