When I start the visual studio. It always occurs to this error

An error occured launching IISexpress.Unable to launch the configured visual studio development web server. Access is denied.VS2019

What I have tried:

I find some related link, but no this solution.

Check the settings you have put in the IIS configuration. The Access is denied message usually means you are trying to write to a protected location.

Start by examining the build and deployment logs to find out where the error occurs and why. No one here can see your system so we cannot guess what is happening.

Solution 1

Either uninstall and reinstall VS, or talk to Microsoft tech support - they are pretty good, and generally very helpful.

What part of my answer isn't "feasible", given that I'm several thousand miles away from you and can't see your screen or access your HDD?

You need someone who knows what they are doing to look at it - which MS tech support can do, they can dial into your system and look at the problem. While I technically could do that, you probably don't want random people taking control of your system via the internet, if you think about it ...
