Set the user input value in datagirdviewcombo cell

I am unable to set the userinput value of combox cell of datagrid view.

I have bind the data form datatable.
I just can't know how to bind the value but i cannot put the value rather than binded value.

As i put different value the combo box cell is blank as i leave the cell.

Please help me in this regard.
