How I can read pdf from sql database and retrieve it to the embed code/or on to the web page,when the user clicks hyperlink?

Please help me in this regard.

How is it stored in the database? is it saved as binary, or does it just save the link to the pdf on the server?

pdf is stored in sql server db and hyperelink which i made is ditrectly ask to download pdf..thnx for ur rply

He seems to store only the file url, so I don't think this helps.
He could consider changing how he's doing it though.
