Hi:

I am learning C#.net on my own to get to a position of junior Web Application Developer.

Can some one give me an insight on up to what depth should i be practicing or what topics should i be concentrating on to get to a junior position since most of the application are requesting at least two year experience in Canada.

I have one year programming experiencing in c and i have good knowledge on c#.net.

Well, start from these:
ASP.Net get started[^]
ASP.NET Projects from CodePlex [^]
MSDN: ASP.NET Developer Center[^]
ASP.NET website[^]

Start by basic tutorials. Pick up small examples and then projects to gain more knowledge.
