Yeah i know that Pakistan is 5 hours ahead of UTC time ... That's not the problem, Actually i am giving UTC time ... so no chance of any issue there..

This is some weird behavior of Sharepoint Client context. I did a bit more R&D
(But still unable to find the exact problem thou) on that.. and got that when I call execute query method after ListItemCollection.GetByID(id) its save correct time ... but without that I dont know what is happening.

Actually there is nothing special in configurations. It is simple SOAP service taking username and password as paramerter in form or query strings and update the status of customer and return response in JSON. Or if you need any information please let me know

your labels and textboxes should contains their closing tags ... and your EVAL method contain an extra '> .... may this be the problem ... 
 
or 
TextBox txtProductCategory = GridView1.Rows[e.RowIndex] 
.FindControl("txtProductCategory") as TextBox; 
and debug and then check that if your textbox control is null? 
if it is null then there is some thing wrong with the declaration of your textboxes..

or Use Bind instead of Eval..

that error has been resolved .... now i have a grid ... from which i can insert values... but what i want is that... i want to store my values in viewstate till the user complete insertion... when he complete then a method will insert all the values stored in viewstate will move to database

Its in the requirement. that i should hold the values in the view states until the user complete the insertion process... when he complete his process, then he will use a button to insert all of grids values in database at once.
