Database access and merchant cart. Not sure why it is a problem, but it is. I just wanted to stop multiple log-ins on multiple tabs/IE open windows to stop this. The "don't do that" is not working - as you can imagine. I think it boils down to the one workstation and the session is corrupted by the multiple log-ins. I really need more time to narrow down the "why" of it.

Remember that it is illegal to access a server or webpage to extract and display data on web pages without permission so make sure that you have the permissions. I have heard stories of others doing the same thing with stock quotes (very common along with news). The worst, you will be prosectued. The best, your app/ticker will not function and you will get nasty messages.
You need to research how to do internet programming, specifically sockets so that you can download and receive data.

I believe that this is an assembly. You will need to lookup how to use in VS and ensure that you use the correct .Net for your build. If not, multitargeting is not great, but you can search this as well as how to use an adapter with the assembly.

Oh, I wasn't very clear, this is not my site per se, but another service. I want to create a script that reads the IE on the client machine. As it stands, the app that is run in the cloud through IE allows multiple session logins on the same client machine. I want to run this check independent of the app because the provider will not.

Sorry, but I darn near fell out of my chair!
You would have to make the row the selected row. Identify the selected row. Identify the column of the combobx. Identify the selected index/value.
Secondly, if connected to another table, is it a reference table? if not, you will need to cascade the changes by starting with the primary table and then update the second table. You don't change the foreign element. You update it. You always change were the data has originated from first.

You could load and use Excel.
Actually, you have to decide.

I would use
insert
to add to the mysql table. ie ...
"INSERT INTO mytable(column1, column2, column3) VALUES(add_your_reference_here, and_here, and_here)"
You have opened the connection already. Is there a reason that you are not using the insert and select? Don't know how?
Now, you do a
select
to look for the value first, if it returns the value then you increment your row. Handle it all in one loop while you are accessing each row of the CSV. Search for it and add if needed.
Search for "import a csv file using PHP and MySQL" ... I did and got lots of hits.
Something like this maybe ... it's been a bit since I did any PHP
$handle = fopen($_FILES['filename']['tmp_name'], "r");
while (($data = fgetcsv($handle, 1000, ",")) !== FALSE) {
$import="INSERT into tablename(item1,item2,item3,item4,item5) values('$data[0]','$data[1]','$data[2]','$data[3]','$data[4]')";
mysql_query($import) or die(mysql_error());
}
fclose($handle)

Try the format above and watch your capitalization. I have not worked much with ASP lately and don't remember if it was sensitive, but you have "onclick" and MSDN says it is "OnClick". HTH

Check the properties, select the image source as external. Set the enableexternalimages to true before the display/refresh. Under use this image select the field that stores the image path and when doing so make sure that you are showing correctly. What I mean is that the path for a server starts with a "/". More than likely your string is incorrectly stored. On a local with a relatvie path - ../images/myimageshow.jpg
You could use a paramter and pass the path.

Confused .... letter head - you have a page header created on the report yes?
Space available is what ever size you set during the report creation. Also, are you using the report viewer?
Clarify exact output and what your current result is at this time. As well, specify if you are client side or server side. This will enable a better response.

Check the XML file too.
Check the namespace. Is "Report" the namespace? You may or may not need "My" too. You will need to bring that code here to better diagnose the problem. On the surface that appears to be the problem.

I think it is your conversion. I am linking a table that tells you when to use explicit and implicit conversion. This should help you. I consult it when I need to know.
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms187928.aspx
@vDashBoardTitle nvarchar (255) - As you mention the web, I have to ask why nvarchar then. It is twice the cost to use over varchar. There are quite a few articles on it ... memory and performance have been discussed at length. Test thoroughly. How large is the data that your are converting? You have a "255" limit. Try outputing the test to as a string to view (shortest way to check).

You haven't said what you are doing. :) Is this an application form? web form? If it is a desktop application, use the report viewer. You can open without using the report viewer as well. MSDN has both code examples:

Just guessing, but you get garbage results? Do you get anything? If so, and it is not what you want .... look at the dataset on load. Check that you refresh after handling the fill. My datasets are typically empty and the user selects the fill options for the reports. At that time, I fill the bindingsource or dataset.

Have you changed what you need?
You said: I would like to disable few rows in my gridview based on color. I have my 5th and 6th rows in Color.BlanchedAlmond.
The above code disables any row that it is not of the background color. You need to add the handles for selection and clear any selection for any other row not of that background color.

Are you using a common bindingsource for each data grid? If so, they will bind to the bindingsource and changes made to the bindingsource are what the grids both will display. Two bindingsources will stop this, but if you need to link the data you will have to consider how to handle the datamembers or make updates if needed to the child or parent grid.

Ouch ... you are filling the data each time they click the drop down?
Create a bindingsource and add the data one time.
Fiter and assign to the datagridview based on the dropdown selection. Do this at the very least. :)
There are, however, a zillion ways to deal with the datagridview and filtering. :) Hit the MSDN and read up on filtering the DGV!

I was looking into this lately too. I went with local report processing. I use the RV and process in the client. Most times when the report is requested, the datasource has already been filled and only requires a filtering per the selection of the user.

I do not use the filters much at all. I leave selections for the user via dropdown and/or radio buttons. I do the filtering before I ever fill the dataset. When it arrives at the report it is in the format that I want already. Not a direct answer, but a possible alternative. For the same reasons that you mentioned, parameter-based or fields and boxes on the report itself that are unwanted, I perform the filter on the datasource myself. I use a bindingsource to populate the reports dataset.

I would just use and fill a bindingsource. Fill the table and set to the bindingsource datasource. From there set the dgv datasource to the bindingsource. (OK, really, I would use linq2sql)
Read here ... http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/xzb1zw3x(v=vs.80).aspx
Make sure that you set the dgv properties as needed, ie datasource, datamember, etc.

What kind of results are you getting?
And why this? Convert.ToInt32(dsExistingBillGeneration.Tables[0].Rows[i]["ApartmentId"]))
Based on the naming conventions, is not ApartmentID a PK? It is already an int yes?
As well,
(lstbilldata.ApartmentId != Convert.ToInt32(dsExistingBillGeneration.Tables[0].Rows[i]["ApartmentId"]))
It looks like you have some type of relationship here. Yet, you want all records that are not equal to the ApartmentId in lstbilldata table? Is this an error on your part? Do you not want to match records for the apartment to the direct billing choice?

What are you using? Datatable can use the computer method. Datagridview does not. In datagridview, add column, add expression for that row.

A dropdown list needs to "have" a few things in order to work with data in a grid or table.
The class is here: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/system.web.ui.webcontrols.dropdownlist.aspx
Scroll down towards the bottom and look at the examples for using with databinding.
Otherwise, you need to explain a bit more. Is the dropdown in the table or outside the table? Is it a condition by which the table is set? Is it a dropdown list for a column field value for a record? "not storing on table" is ambiguous.

To pull the full record for the entire j table ...
From j in job Where j.customerID = 1 Select j
Get only specific fields and join the two tables 1-Many ...
From j in job, jp in job-parts Where j.customerID = 1 Select j.jobID, jp.streetaddress, jp.zipcode
My favorite link of all ...
101 Visual Basic LINQ Samples is the main page, but this is specifically LINQ To SQL Samples.
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/vstudio/bb688085.aspx
So ...
var results =
from j in job
from jp in jobParts
from a in address
where j.CustomerID and j.JobPartID=jp.JobPartID and jp.Destination-AddressID = a.AddressID
Select jp.PickupAdressID, jp.Destination-AddressID
Unless you truly need an anon type pull full record. If you used any of the wizards, these classes/types have already been created in your main dataclass .
Just a note too ... before you use check if it exists. You need to handle if you don't return anything.
C# examples ... http://code.msdn.microsoft.com/101-LINQ-Samples-3fb9811b It's a download.

Watch closely. Sorry, but spamming isn't always a matter of passwords and usernames, as I mentioned. But, based on the password changes that you made, it sounds like you may have had a few Outlook accounts compromised, and in that case you should be good to go.
Do you have a catch or spam accounts on the exchange? If not, redirect any failed deliveries to this account and create it. Mine, for example is catchJunk@xxxx.org I check it periodically to see what is coming in without correct "to" information. I can typically catch a compromised account by checking the header. Also, you can limit the number recipients in the send if you manage the exchange.
I know this is a lot of information and in a nonsensical manner, but I am trying to diagnose why my Win 7 computers are being nasty to a legacy application. :-/ I will check back if you need more help.
BTW, Don't forget to check that the domain did not get blacklisted!

Let's see if I remember this correctly ... Anyone can correct me ...
When you use select new with, returns an anonymouse object/type as much as select new.
So ....
You should do Select New Customer With {.pickup-address-ID, .destination-address-id}
Of course, the Customer will be whatever entity/class you have.
Now as for the details, if you don't need an anonymouse type, you could just use a straight Select without the new. Depends if you want the whole record not.

No sweetheart, not in the tables ... Did you create the user object?
On login, you create the user prior to validating, therefore you should have a principal and identity class, which has nothing to do with whether or not you stored a user's information in a table in a database. From this point, the user is set by whether or not the validation failed. If you are using Lightswitch, most of this is handled in the setup. But ... you still need an instance of a user in order to use the call IsInRole :) HTH!
