Hi Charlie,

Good find. This is because these images (unusually) only contain the IFD0 catalogue, and ExifLib currently throws an exception when the EXIF sub IFD offset can't be found. I've removed the exception, and now it works fine, e.g. original_up_mirrored.jpg contains the following metadata:

Orientation: 2
XResolution: 28 (28/1)
YResolution: 28 (28/1)
ResolutionUnit: 3
YCbCrPositioning: 1

I will update the source within the next few days.
