there have error

my code is

error is
saying "ImportError: No module named serial".
um also install pyserial and other libries

port open, but serial data not going to arduino. arduino Rx and Tx led also not blink every time

its ok sir. but i need another thing. when x=15 serial data is 15. i need it as "050". and when x=204 i need it as "204"is this possible?
