I have managed to create .dll file that contains MainForm.Designer.cs class with small changes in code. Now I can use it as any .dll, and call InitializeComponent() method from .dll to create rearanged GUI for user.

I think that You should sort data first by Date-Time, than by Employee in prefered sort order. After that You do not need multiple looping trough data, just read sorted data succesively.

I have made conclusion that there is something wrong with server where is saved image that I want to download. So I have downloaded all images to my computer simply by copy/paste from web browser and now I can use them inside my program. This is stupid solution but it works. By the way images are not copywrite protected :)

Program code partially solves problem, explained at the beginning of this article. It is possible to adjust it to solve Your problem but it is not recommended. It is better to write new one based on previously acquired knowledge. Try to learn something from articles at submitted links.

This problem is interesting to me and many more developers in the world, but the solution requires extensive knowledge in mathematics. Searching the Internet, I came to the conclusion that this problem is solved only by a mathematical experts in the rank of master's degree or greater. And the solutions are usually Copyright protected. I have made a program that partially, in the rank of all other solutions, solves this kind of problem. However, my knowledge of the expression of such solution through professional and widely accepted mathematical terminology is negligible and probably unacceptable for writing an article. Pity that on the Code Project there are no one of the Top Experts interested to write an high-quality article dedicated to resolving this kind of problem, perhaps more comprehensive than those that can be found on the Internet, and make that kind of knowledge available to everyone in the world. For resolving this problem is not a matter of understanding the theory but the high-quality general mathematical solutions implemented through algorithms and computer programs understandable to wide public.

I had overlooked the fact, in the definition of 'Decimal' type of number, that as result of any calculation it is going to be displayed maximum 28 digits including decimals, not float point number with 28 decimal places as I thought. So if I have understood correct when I subtruct such small value as
0,0000000000000000000001 (22 decimals or 1e-22)
from any decimal number there should be correct result and not like in this case incorrect,
since we can see all 28 decimal places when we show result, or precision and accuracy of calculation should not have anything to do with number presentation of numbers because in this case all numbers are within specified range.

If pressed key on keyboard is 'enter' than we assume that user has finished entering password into text box. If that is the case call CheckPassword() sub for checkout if password is the same in both text boxes.

No, it is the same code but range is different , if you try to run it from 10 up to 1836547290 it will take about one hour more or less to finish. It is much faster when You skip Console.WriteLine() statement.

Thanks to CPAllini for hi five. When 'string' type is in question, for some reason that I shall keep to my self , I decided not to use 'char' type any more except it is really,really,really... necessary. I shall always use 'string' type for non-numeric type of variables.

I think that the largest ODDLY number that satisfy conditions is 1836547290. My program is not set to that max value because it is too slow, and maj000 declared range up to 183654792. Since the question was for code in C,
I think that cheating with C# code won't be possible, but it can be educational.

Program above works fine up to value 99999 as it is written to do. I have tested it as console app in C#, and last value printed is 87694 . Only if it is not important that first digit must be odd, in that case code is even simpler. My five to Rai.

And one more question: is it rule that first digit in number must be odd number ? If not the solution number three is good up to value 99999, you could upgrade code so it will give you the correct result up to 183654729 as upper limit of range. If it is important as I understand from rule number one in yours question, the program is even simpler. I apologize for late response.

It depends on the "back end".
If you use DataGridView control only to show to user some sort of data, than it won't have any reflection to "back end". In that case you should protect cells in grid from editing trough properties tab( read only propertie set to true ).
If you retrieve data from DataGridView for purpose of "back end" it will reflect to whole program.

I had a similar problem. I guess that is because the check box is inside the cell as a content ( or a value ) of the cell. So if you click outside of check box it will result not as cell value click event but cell clicked event and the value of the variable that represents value of check box in code do not gets new value. So I solved the problem by handeling the both events for updating the values of variables in the program and forced the new value of check box in data grid view, so there is no mistake after user make click on data grid view check box cell.

Solution for your problem is complicated or not functional. It is because of logic of using DataGridview control. If you have within DataGridView control CheckBoxColumn, and you want to get information on how many rows where selected after checking checkbox it is impossible because of losing focus on selected rows (selected rows become deselected) and info of how many rows where selected , after clicking on checkbox is lost.

But, there is a way by connecting two events one is that user have checked checkbox first and the other is MouseUp event after selecting rows.

So if you connect these two events you can get something like this :

Now the logic is the following, the user checks first the check box and then starts to select rows, by releasing the mouse button (DataGridView1MouseUp event) the program throws a message with the number of selected rows.

Dysfunction of the program is that you release the button each time when you clicks.So the event MouseUp occurs each time mouse button is clicked.

Perhaps you could find different solution for your problem.
