Ok thanks for attention , but still quistion --> Using NTFS what Is normal actions happen when I delete file with normal windows Command ? Is it change name initials by adding specific char like ~ ? or what and if so , what is that char?

mmmm , ok what I mean Is that any way to attatch action /event handller to that event ---> (Accessing specific Directory without my application)
in any level of programming languages or using batch files or by providing un breakable security rights on that folder ??

Ok thank you all for attention , I will try to clarefy the reason of delete file if some one try to access it : the reson of that is : currently I am working on Encryption application and I cant finde any way to manipulate large files and decrypt it on fly , I have to write the decrypted file some where in HDD Folder so I need to secure this Decrypted file by destroy it if some one try to copy it.
