I m developing a portal in which i am storing and handling pdfs, I can say
the size of pdf would may exceeds 5 mb. I may store 500 pdfs for every quater and also i will allow the user to view pdf files in my application.
There is a time delay and security risks are there..
would you tell me the best way to handle pdf files in web application.

i have tried your code only see how i used below,
string path = Server.MapPath("PDFFileFolder") + @"\Dummy_Local Markets.pdf";
// string path = @"C:\Dummy_Local Markets.pdf";
System.Net.WebClient client = new System.Net.WebClient();
Byte[] buffer = client.DownloadData(path);
if (buffer != null)
{
Response.ContentType = "application/pdf";
Response.AddHeader("content-length", buffer.Length.ToString());
Response.BinaryWrite(buffer);
}
