yeah . selected index doesn't work sometime when page_load occurs.

the best way to do is add one more button at the DDl and try to handle the selecte d item of the combo box.

thank you sir,,,,I followed all your steps... but still not working,

my issue is that when i put 3 buttons on master page that should be available in addPage.aspx so that i need not put the 3 buttons once again in addpage.aspx,,,

It should be like left side will be having buttons(content1) and when user clicks button,, right side corresponding page should be displayed(content2)... same design should be there in all other pages..

but i got code like st!=null then st.rollback(); from net .. actuly it is wrong ...it should be

I am using sql server 2005 and visual studio 2005 and asp.net platform and C#.

I have a table in database that contains say 3 columns say name,regno,mark1

Nw whn i use crystal report and drag these fields into crystal report it is displaying horizontally like :
name: regno: mark1:

But i want to display like as follows:

88

And my problem is that calender control takes lot of space in web page..I have to minimize that. only when the user clicks on that the drop down calender shuld be displayed otherwise not, so i can save space in my web page.
