"To do that load the text data into a text object (like MS Word or RTF
object)
and print it to LEADTOOLS virtual printer driver. This will capture the
print job as an EMF file. Then use LEADTOOLS Document writers library to save the
EMF as a PDF file. The resulting PDF will be text searchable."


ut i cant understand how to carry out this using thier dlls
