Hi Siddartha, thanks for your instant help. This solution I might need while using datalist. But for now, after some research I got http://www.webblogsforyou.com/custom-datapagerrepeater-asp-net-repeater-control-with-datapager-example/ which is exact answer to my question. But still thankful for suggestion you provided. :)

Thanks a lot guys for your replies and I am very sorry for the (typing) mistake that I had done in the above question. I know that Thread.Sleep() method takes an argument and I had used Thread.Sleep(5000). But I really don't know why it is not working. As I said the code is in the for loop. Initially thread.sleep(5000) responds accurately but after 10 records it executes the code very fast (even less than a second). Why this is happening I don't know.

Thanks Philippe for your suggestion. By the way, I am not trying to display message after 5 sec. I gave an example just to know that if there any way to pause the execution of the code for a while.

Hey Maciej, I have gone through this link but in this approach I have to use get_Range method to specify the range and as I stated there are 4000 different kind of products having 4000 different urls. So how it will be possible to set range for each individual cell?

I have to match words in the first column sentence with the second column sentence and calculate the matching percentage. For ex, in the first sentence only "work" is the matching word in both the sentence.

Hi Bill, I want to export the product name column from c# datatable to excel by attaching url to it so that when user click on the product name it will redirect him/her to the product page. I want to add hyper link column to excel sheet using C#.

Thanks for the reply Richard. But above shown will be the output in the excel. I already have two separate columns for product name and url. The question is how to attach this url to the product name as there might be 4000 different urls.
