You have to save the file in the server.if you don't want to then you can delete the file after the ends of the task.

is the link ok???you sure the page is right there??? if ok then copy the values from the live address bar then past it to your local application.

test it manually.run the application then call the page with some parameters. if it works then check your link...

you can use temporary database like access.get and store the data from mysql to access. and in a time interval insert the data to sql server from access. windows server will be the best way to do this.
