the problem is that, how to send data from webservice to windows app without requesting from windows app. i mean that without doing any thing on windows app , we have to receive data from webservice. for example one of my users named XY , and my website named XYZ.com(for example) so we have a service that allow users to send note to their computers via website(from another place) so XY is connected to website from coffee net and want to send some note to his home computer [that is on and the win app is installed on it] , so here what should i do to send that note to his computer?

:( nooo , sir i have created username and password, and changed the connection string, and give it my IP and port 192.168.1.101,1433 , its connecting from my computer that , sql server is on it, but from other computers, no, they cant connect :(

Thank you for reply but im new in this way and i donno what do you mean by sayin same domain, so i decided to create username and password. and i followed this link http://www.c-sharpcorner.com/uploadfile/dhananjaycoder/create-a-sql-login-user-in-sql-server-2008/
but i couldnt connect to database with this tutorial. can you please tell me whats wrong ? its always show me the sql server error : 18456 , i got the help link but its totally useless.

yes its connected to same router, but its wireless too. you mean that i have to create username and password for sql?

sry but i dont understand what the code do, but i think its not the answer to avoiding refreshing of page. for example , i have 4 panel in my main page, and when one is active others are deactive, in one of my panels (add new post) i have file uploader (for uploading picture) and a "add" button to save it on host, so when i press the add button, it adds the image but, it refreshes the page, and all of my panels get closed (deactivated and invisible [cause they are inactive in page load, and activated by pressing one of buttons]) and user have to click on the "new post" button to see the panel again.by the way , i use visual studio 2010, and ofcourse i run and debug it...
