Both the ArrayLists are always the same size and get expanded/reduced at the same time as well, and oh yes multiple threads definately seems like it could be the problem here :o thanks a lot both of you :)

honestly I've been on Google for 11 hours today, admittedly i haven't really taken the time to read many of the tutorials in depth because most were written for older xna versions

I did download from within my browser, and the file does work. And no I am currently using that exact version of the file on a daily basis, I built it for windows (I don't know any other programming languages anyway :P).

Alright buddy thanks for the help :) By the way, try typing without the caps lock, it might be easier to read that way.

Yeah I actually coded the entire program by myself, and your first language clearly isn't English or you're just completely Grammar Illiterate. I want to know if I can somehow use a class twice in separate instances instead of creating a completely new class. Next time don't even comment if you're just going to say random crap that I can barely read because of your terrible grammar.

Okay so I figured out how to display the rectangles as a bitmap, but I can't figure out what you mean be "overlay the circle onto a copy of the bitmap". Am I supposed to redraw the bitmap every time and draw the circle over it?
Also, if it means anything, the circle in my case is actually a .PNG, don't know if it changes anything but just thought I should mention it.
