Thanks bojjaiah, i appreciate your answer, i figured out the exception, i forgot to put $(dollar sign) before the conn. it should be "$sth=$conn -> prepare("DELETE FROM...")"

make sure that the DataPropertyName has the same column name on your datatable column.

Since we set AutoGenerateColumns = False the Datagridview1 has no columns, we have to manually add them and set the properties on how we want to display the data.
This will add a column with header text(SomeValue) and the cell values would be buttons.

oops I was wrong, logic error.. ModuleCode is suppose to be on dr1.. i.e m_Module1 = dr1("ModuleCode").. see my updated code... hope this helps.

My idea, use sqlparameters for security against SQL injection. (Ex. command.parameters.addWithvalue("@","") )
If the datatype of your (Where [??? _??????]") is string then convert combobox Selected value to string.
Dispose your objects properly.. by using "using", or "dispose" keyword.
