I also visible false datagridview2 two column because i don't use that columns, if you want all columns then you remove or commented dg2.coloumn(2).visible =false and dg2.column(3).visible = false for complete columns of datagridview.

Yes! You Are Right, But It's some Confusion to reply answer, actually I answered to face detection questioner but answer add to my own question in "datagridview copy to another", therefore I m write again question and gave answer of datagridview copy rows to another datagridview.
