Reason for my vote of 3 \n This should be usefull for many people. Good job.

I only rated it 3 stars because :
- It would have been better if You had explained how it works. Especially for the "position" property which is the key property of the menu.
- And div should have been replaced by nested lists for accessibility. (screenreaders)

Reason for my vote of 2 \n * Methods could be improved. (too much parameters, only post/get, using string for requestType, no "options", no promise)
* "?paremeters=" hardcoded. => Don't cover other needs.
* No explanations given in your article. ( Why, your technical choices, code comments, etc..)

To resume : Not a bad library (It certainly works for you) But not a good one.
