no STUFF() is used to replace the first occurrence character after REPLACE(@str,',12,','') result i.e
,1,2,3,5,6,7,8,9,10,11

thanks for your reply ,yes this is available in many websites,I was working on fine tunning in my project.so where ever i found the information in sites consolidated in one article and will be updating the information in future :).
