Comment 'WS_VISIBLE' may make things more smoothly (without a window show then hide) I think.

Reason for my vote of 4 \n In my opinion, this is not a good solution, if the manifest file is important for the porject (or else why the downloaded project explicit attached it ?)

My solution is simple, DO NOT use default embedded manifest file, select it to change to NO, that's it.
