Yes, the table has the column name "id" but the query uses max(id) with no column name for the result. Look at the changed query within my solution.

SDName may have invalid char for the column name, e.g. "Supp Doc 1"
QUOTENAME will make it [Supp Doc 1].

You should show some work done by yourself, and maybe someone can help you. Don't expect somebody to write the complete solution for you.

You should post the code in the question not as an answer to your question.

What table do you use "tbltt" or "tblcharge22"?
Because the insert uses "tbltt" but the err message is "tblcharge22".

I don't see any problem.
Stop the program after line: cmd = new SqlCommand(sql, con);
and see how the cmd.CommandText looks.
Do you have column ChemistOfficeContactDetails.ChemistCode?

Data type for Contracts.StartDate and Contracts.EndDate must be DATETIME.
If not use DATEDIFF (day, CONVERT(DATETIME,Contracts.StartDate), CONVERT(DATETIME,Contracts.EndDate)) AS ShippingDays
