It would be the map of my country but with land delimited by its owners, all this must be public so that anyone who enters the page can see that information and can add more

I need a map (it can be google's or anyone, that doesn't matter to me) but I need shapes to be added on top of the map. This is so that certain people who need it here, can enter the page, find their own land (real land, your property) and delimit that area on the map and then add more information.
What I need is the ability to draw lines on the map and then leave that area marked on the map so that that person always has it there.
