Ok i will google it .Thank you :)
Actually i want to make it for my fyp.i thought it will be a windows service that will run all time and gather info about time spent on websites,blocks website,and put time limits on particular websites ..and for UI i have to make webapp ,where data comes from database and parents will see it .but its much more than i thought....
Btw do you know about PCAP,SHARPCAP ?..
I Have seen alot of things .and getting confused day by day...just dont getting how to integrate all this .

thank you for your reply.
i am bit confused ...is it a windows service or something else.
and do you have any idea about PCAP,SHARPCAP?
dont know how to integrate all this.
