yes, I found the solution on it. Just two line code I insert in my existing code.
first line for get server's folder path that I want to save my file..
second line of code Creating the file name..
and third line of code save the file in folder.
string strPath = HostingEnvironment.ApplicationPhysicalPath + @"TempFiles/";
string fileName = Uid + "ContactList.xls";
File.WriteAllText(strPath + fileName, sw.ToString());

I think it would be work, but I get error. I already get convert the table tblUserInfo into json so this json not converting to ison object (please see my code above)

Hi Don't want to show browser button.
if i use file upload dialogue fox its show me browse button and file not select text.. which I don't want..
I just want to open file dialogue box on single button click and selecting a file it upload on server..
